Check-in

Easy registration in 3 steps – before the conference starts: Sign up for the conference and pay the conference fee, book your (hotel) accommodation and finally book your personal conference program. Everything can be booked via our Event Management System (EMS). Login on our website: www.jci-ec2012.eu.

Check-in at the beginning of the conference:
Before you can enjoy every first second of our conference, you have to check in officially to get your badge. Therefore please complete your personal information and upload your photo in our Event Management System. Your photo will be printed on the badge and makes check-in procedure much easier and faster if it is all completed and uploaded in advance!

Check-in on Monday and Tuesday (June 11 and June 12) is possible at the Chamber of Commerce (IHK) Braunschweig from 8 am to 5 pm. Address: Chamber of Commerce Braunschweig, Brabandtstraße 11, 38100 Braunschweig, Germany

On arrival on Wednesday (June 13) check-in is possible at the following locations:

In the JCI-Lounge at the airport in Hannover you have the possibility to check in (from 8 am to 5 pm) while waiting for your bus shuttle to Braunschweig.

At the Convention Center Braunschweig (Stadthalle), where the main check-in and the Trade Show will take place, checking in is possible from 8 am to 6 pm. For those of you who arrive on Wednesday evening, check-in will also be possible at the Opening Ceremony / German Welcome Night in the Volkswagen Halle in Braunschweig (4 pm to 9 pm). Address: Volkswagen Halle, Europaplatz 1, 38100 Braunschweig, Germany

On Thursday, Friday and Saturday our registration desks at the Convention Center (Stadthalle) Braunschweig will be open from 8 am to 6 pm.
