Warum so Manches auf der langen Bank liegen bleibt?
Die meisten Ideen bleiben oft vage Vorstellungen oder Träume, die es nur selten in eine konkrete Planungsphase schaffen. Größte Barriere, Dinge in Bewegung zu setzen, ist meist die Angst vor dem Anfang oder gar die Angst vor dem Ende.
Wer Angst vor dem Anfang hat, schiebt die Dinge vor sich her.
Wer Angst vor dem Ende hat, der scheut die Kritik, den Fehlschlag, die Blöße, die er sich geben könnte.
Das Geheimnis liegt in der Überwindung der Angst.
In diesem Seminar werden die Teilnehmer mehr über die Angst vor dem Anfang und die Angst vor dem Ende erfahren. Sie werden eigene Hemmungen erkennen und Schritte ins Tun identifizieren. Dabei spielt neben dem bewussten Erweitern seiner Komfortzone auch die Anwendung gezielter Methoden eine entscheidende Rolle.

Negotiations: How to Eat an Elephant – and reach true Win-Win

It will be based on 50% theory and 50% practical cases. Theory will cover the basic principles of negotiations, as well as give insight in more detailed negotiation problems. The cases will be based on real-life situations, but there will also be several examples from more extreme situations a negotiator might fall into.


The aim of the course is to make course participants capable to identify when they are in fact in negotiation situations, to prepare for the challenges and pit-falls they might meet in discussions, conflicts and negotiations, and finally to see how we can create true Win-Win solutions.
