Golf Tournament

The JCI European Conference Braunschweig 2012 Golf Tournament open to juniors and senators will be held on Thursday, 14th June.The Golf Club (18 hole, par 72 course, perfectly integrated in the local environment) will be the place for this Golf Tournament.

From beginners to more experienced players, everyone can enjoy this course which combines complicated holes, water features, dog-legs, bunkers and lynx style holes. For golfers there are also putting-greens and one driving-range, as well as an approach area   and bunkers, ideal for practising before setting off for a round.

Geocaching – Have fund and experience team spirit

With GPS devices and a map, your teams search for hints, questions and waypoints...

Equipped with a handy GPS receiver as a helpful companion, the teams get under way. The task is finding the way to the final destination of the “GPS treasure hunt”. Along the way, intermediate waypoints have to be found. However, this can only succeed if different riddles can be solved.

Raft tour on the Oker

Under way with the raft on Braunschweig’s Oker... ...only a couple of minutes from the vibrant city centre and yet in complete peace and quiet. Passing magnificent old villas, dreamy gardens, overgrown river banks and beautiful parks, the Oker surrounds the city centre – to some extent as “Okerumflut” (an artificial course of the river) and to some extent as the original course of the river.
