The arena in Braunschweig's "Bürger"-park has evolved to a highly sought after meeting point of the region and beyond. The Volkswagen arena is Braunschweig's largest roofed over venue with a capacity of 8.000. Be inspired by international sports events as well as internationally renowned cultural highlights. The arena also is permanent home to the German basketball league.

Mass events such as the general assembly of companies quoted on the stock exchange as well as exhibits and fairs can use 3.000m² of outdoor space.

From ABBA to Michael Jackson, Bon Jovi to the Weather Girls – when Eddie calls the stars don’t have to be asked twice!

Nine musicians revive more than 40 stars from the 70s and 80s with around 200 costumes, wigs and accessories – live of course! In a three-hour-long show of the superlatives!
The hits, costumes, the voices – everything is so true to original that you believe you are seeing Tina Turner, Queen, the Weather Girls or Michael Jackson in person.
The Hit Radio Show ultimately became known all over Germany through the TV programme “Deutschlands beste Partyband” (Germany’s best party band) on Kabel 1. In this band competition, Eddie and his stars – who were praised highly by the jury – successfully competed against more than 1000 other bands.

For 10 years now, Eddie and his superstars have ensured enthusiastic audiences all over Germany and have worked together on stage with Kim Wilde, Heinz Rudolf Kunze, the Weather Girls, Boney M., Right Said Fred, the Hermes House Band, Marquess, Purple Schulz, Markus, Texas Lightning, the Vengaboys, Dr. Alban, DJ Ötzi, Baccara, Lotto King Karl, the Lords, Ottowan, Haddaway and many other big names in the world of entertainment.

And there is no sign of exhaustion! Eddie Tornado says: “Superstars are like a good wine – they mature and become better with age! Tina Turner or the Rolling Stones have never been as good as today!”

So get your flared trousers out and put on your glittery top when it’s “Lights off – spot on – it’s showtime!”

DJ Kitchen

After 14 years experience in the music business, he has been rocking the dance floors of the world as a DJ. It all started in his kitchen – in which his legendary “kitchen parties” still take place. This is where his stage name, DJ Kitchen, comes from.

As resident DJ in the Oval Lounge, in the Beach Club P10 and OhneGleichen as well as with his gigs in the clubs Rockatiki, Die-Stadtmitte and Erdbeermund he plays electro sounds, vocal house and techno beats.

With his event series “Kitchen-Tunes” he is on tour in clubs between Offenburg and Mannheim in 2012.

As a member of JCI Karlsruhe he rocked the audience of the AfterShow Party of the Federal Conference (BuKo) 2010.
