German Welcome Night
Eddie Tornado gets them all!
From ABBA to Michael Jackson, Bon Jovi to the Weather Girls – when Eddie calls the stars don’t have to be asked twice!
Nine musicians revive more than 40 stars from the 70s and 80s with around 200 costumes, wigs and accessories – live of course! In a three-hour-long show of the superlatives!
For 10 years now, Eddie and his superstars have ensured enthusiastic audiences all over Germany and have worked together on stage with Kim Wilde, Heinz Rudolf Kunze, the Weather Girls, Boney M., Right Said Fred, the Hermes House Band, Marquess, Purple Schulz, Markus, Texas Lightning, the Vengaboys, Dr. Alban, DJ Ötzi, Baccara, Lotto King Karl, the Lords, Ottowan, Haddaway and many other big names in the world of entertainment.
And there is no sign of exhaustion! Eddie Tornado says: “Superstars are like a good wine – they mature and become better with age! Tina Turner or the Rolling Stones have never been as good as today!”
So get your flared trousers out and put on your glittery top when it’s “Lights off – spot on – it’s showtime!”

DJ Muray has been a successful DJ for more than 16 years.
As guest and resident DJ at countless parties and events, e.g. “Ritmo de Bacardi“, “Der Sonne entgegen” in the HCC Hanover or “Der Rote Salon” (Leineschloss/ Ernst August Carree/Domero Hotel Hanover), the talented DJ has made a name for himself in the national DJ scene and is a welcome guest at all renowned events and parties in our region. The up-and-coming artist also left his mark on Hanover’s nightlife as en event organizer. His club nights in the hottest locations in Hanover, such as Palo Palo, Gelbe Seiten, Acanto and the Filmtheater am Thelenplatz are legendary.
To be short and precise, his style can be characterised as an excellent selection of songs across all music genres in a perfect mix for the dancefloor – a guarantee for every full dancefloor!
DJ Junior Gee
Junior Gee was only 14 when he first stood at the turntables. Only a short time later he already worked in the studio and produced his first remixes.
His musical inspiration includes artists such as Todd Terry, Tonka or Jamie Lewis.
While he initially was on tour as a support DJ, Junior Gee quickly established a name for himself in nightlife. Today he is among the musical elite in northern Germany.
Apart from performing in clubs and discos, Junior Gee established himself as Resident DJ of “Dance Couture”, which is part of Hanover’s hippest House event. Performances by world-famous artists such as Francesco Diaz, Matt Caseli, Tom Novy, RAE, Franky Rizardo and Eric Prydz are the order of the day. And they too swear by Gee’s support – today’s motto at “Dance Couture” still is: No event without Junior Gee at the turntables!
His distinctive understanding of music, a perfect range of songs and a feel for the audience make Junior Gee a highlight at every event. His ability to combine “Big Room House” with “Groovy R’nB” together with his feel for the audience make him an exceptional artist. With his talent to harmonise different styles of music, Junior Gee founded the Funkyroom Recordings label last year. Under the alias G&O & Geezy, he has been producing his own songs since then.
At this event, JCI recognizes and honours the outstanding achievement of its National and Local Organizations and individual members.
