The 2012 JCI European Conference will take place between 13th and 17th of June, 2012 in Braunschweig / Germany

Easy registration in 3 steps:

For infant and children the registration fee will be: (as long as registered with at least one delegate)

0-6 years old – free, 7-12 years old – 25% of registration fee, 12-18 years old – 50% of registration fee.

Accommodation:

After we have received your payment for the conference fee, you will be able to choose between a wide range

of hotels. Prices vary between appr. EUR 55.00 (**) and EUR 180.00 (****). Most of the room prices have

a rate between EUR 100.00 (single) and EUR 125.00 (double room).

Approximately half of all the hotel rooms are located downtown (most of them within walking distance to the

congress centre). The other half of the hotel rooms are located in the region (appr. not more than half an hour’s

drive to the congress centre – shuttle service and/or free public transport available).

Your personal conference program:

With over 100 workshops, trainings, seminars, lectures, company visits, excursions, daytrips, etc. you will be

able to enjoy a wide variety of items on the conference program. Approximately 40 days before the conference

starts you can put together your own individual program. Here you can see at a glance when and where your

personal conference program starts and ends. Because some of the program items have limited capacity,

registration will be on a first come, first served basis.
