Conditions for the participation in the photo competition „Catch the bus…“

• European Conference Braunschweig GmbH (referred to as ECB in the following) is the organizer of the photo competition.

• Participation is free of charge. By participating in this photo competition, the entrant accepts these conditions of participation.

• Eligible are persons, who are at least 18 years old at the point of participation and who have registered by name for the photo competition. The participation in the photo competition is independent from the (intended) participation in the JCI European Conference 2012. Members of JCI Germany / Wirtschaftsjunioren Braunschweig and others involved in the conception and implementation of this photo competition are excluded from participating in this photo competition. Only one entry per entrant is possible. An irregular participation leads to disqualification from the photo competition.

• Should any of these conditions of participation be infringed, ECB reserves the right to exclude entrants from the competition.

• Only the prizes offered in connection with this photo competition are raffled. The awarding only takes place among the entrants who have filled out the necessary registration entry fields completely, accurately and clearly.

• Closing date for the photo competition „Catch the bus…“ is 31 May, 2012.

• Winners will be notified promptly by using the data given in the registration. The winner has to confirm the receipt of the winning notification to ECB and give all required information. Otherwise ECB is authorized to draw an alternative winner. By accepting the prize, the winner allows ECB to use his name for advertising purposes without payment.

• The formalities of handing over the prize will be arranged individually. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. The prizes are not transferable.

• Uploaded pictures may be used by ECB without payment. The entrant transfers the copyright of the uploaded picture to ECB and allows ECB to use the picture free of charge in connection with the photo competition and on the JCI EC 2012-website.

• The ECB judges\' decision is final. Enquiries concerning this matter cannot be answered. ECB reserves the right to interrupt or stop the competition completely should any difficulties or problems occur which may endanger the integrity of the photo competition.

• ECB also reserves the right to change the conditions of participation without announcement.

• Any compensation for damage against ECB, its organs, staff and agents in connection with this photo competition, based on whatever legal foundation, is, if legally admissible, limited to willfulness and gross negligence.

• All information given in connection with this photo competition can be used and saved for advertising purposes by ECB. There will be no commercial distribution to third parties. • Any recourse to courts of law is excluded.

Teilnahmebedingungen für den Foto-Wettbewerb „Catch the bus…“

• Veranstalter dieses Foto-Wettbewerbs ist die European Conference Braunschweig GmbH, im folgenden „ECB“ genannt.

• Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos. Mit der Teilnahme am Foto-Wettbewerb akzeptiert der Benutzer diese Teilnahmebedingungen.

• Teilnahmeberechtigt sind Personen, die bei der Teilnahme mindestens 18 Jahre alt und namentlich für die Teilnahme am Foto-Wettbewerb registriert sind. Die Teilnahme am Foto-Wettbewerb ist unabhängig von einer (geplanten) Teilnahme an der JCI European Conference 2012. Mitglieder der Wirtschaftsjunioren Braunschweig und andere an der Konzeption und Umsetzung dieses Foto-Wettbewerbs beteiligte Personen sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen. Es ist pro Teilnehmer nur eine Teilnahme möglich. Eine regelwidrige oder wiederholte Teilnahme eines Teilnehmers hat den Ausschluss zur Folge.

• Bei Verstoß gegen diese Teilnahmebedingungen behält sich die ECB das Recht vor, Personen von der Verlosung auszuschließen.

• Es werden nur die im Foto-Wettbewerb beschriebenen Preise vergeben. Die Vergabe der Preise findet nur unter den Teilnehmern statt, die sämtliche für die Teilnahme am Foto-Wettbewerb auszufüllenden Eingabefelder vollständig, verständlich und richtig ausgefüllt haben.

• Der Foto-Wettbewerb „Catch the bus…“ endet am 31.05.2012.

• Der Gewinner eines Preises wird zeitnah unter Verwendung der bei der Anmeldung gemachten Angaben benachrichtigt. Der Gewinner hat den Erhalt der Gewinnbenachrichtigung unverzüglich der ECB gegenüber zu bestätigen und die von der ECB benötigten Angaben zu machen. Andernfalls ist die ECB berechtigt, einen neuen Gewinner auszulosen. Mit der Annahme des Preises willigt der Gewinner ein, dass sein Name von der ECB zu Werbezwecken ohne Vergütung verwendet werden darf.

• Die Formalitäten zur Übergabe des Gewinns werden mit dem Gewinner individuell geklärt. Die Preise können nicht in Bargeld umgetauscht werden. Die Preise sind nicht übertragbar.

• Die vom Teilnehmer hochgeladenen Fotos dürfen von der ECB kostenfrei genutzt werden. Der Teilnehmer sichert der ECB jegliche Bildrechte an dem hochgeladenen Foto zu und ermächtigt die ECB das Foto in Zusammenhang mit dem Foto-Wettbewerb und der JCI EC 2012-Homepage zu nutzen.

• Die Entscheidungen der ECB sind endgültig. Diesbezügliche Anfragen können nicht beantwortet werden. Die ECB behält sich das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel ganz oder zeitweise auszusetzen, wenn irgendwelche Schwierigkeiten auftreten, die die Integrität des Foto-Wettbewerbs gefährden.

• Die ECB behält sich ferner das Recht vor, diese Teilnahmebedingungen auch unangekündigt zu ändern.

• Jegliche Schadenersatzverpflichtung der ECB und ihrer Organe, Angestellten und Erfüllungsgehilfen aus oder im Zusammenhang mit dem Foto-Wettbewerb, gleich aus welchem Rechtsgrund, ist, soweit gesetzlich zulässig, auf Fälle von Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit beschränkt.

• Die bei diesem Foto-Wettbewerb gemachten Angaben können von der ECB zum Zwecke der Werbung gespeichert und unentgeltlich genutzt werden. Eine Weitergabe an Dritte findet nicht statt. • Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.
